[MHml] catapult catamaran - contacts, thing to look out for

I am getting ready to buy an used catapult catamaran for US $750. It looks complete except one of the rudders is missing.

Since this is a hypalon inflatable boat I expect to be in fairly good shape - this model is in the US. 
If you have experience with this boat - can you tell me what to look out for before buying it?
If you have any contact names or owners association, etc can you please include it
Finally,not sure how complext the ruder system is but I suspect I will have to buy an used one - if you have again a contact name that would be great
