[MHml] fuel efficiency

I had a warning pop up when I tried to access the website.
 I was curious about the transmutation occurring with a simple additive.. With that sort of transmutation, the enrgy claims pale into insignificance. You have cold fusion.

The atomic mix of exhaust would be the same, so what format does the  
carbon and oxygen get exhausted in?

I'll have to say the email is written like a spam, though with vague  
and unverifiable claims
