[MHml] bi-plane rigs - Médiatis Région Aquitaine

There was no sign of blanketing when I sailed Yves Parliers' Médiatis Région Aquitaine though it 
might  be  due to the 15m beam and/or the high speed which always keeps the apparent wind forward.          http://www.parlier.org/hydraplaneur/bateau/innovations.php?lang=eng&contenu=greement
