ah, but you would. and each bid would have a contingency built into
it for 500 or 1000 or 2000 lbs or kilos overweight.
OR... you would pay for them to set up a resin infusion rig
TANSTAAFL ... especially in contracting or boatbuilding (and we're
talking BOTH here, crimoney!!)
