[MHml] wire rope splice

West Marine's rigging shop *says* they do wire/rope splices. Can't speak for
them since I've never done one. I think if I were doing one here, in the SF
Bay area, I'd go to KKMI, in Richmond. They're easily the best riggers on
the west coast (I'm told, and I believe it). They can do America's Cup
stuff, they ought to be able to handle yours, I'd think.
