[MHml] Mooring lines

Use it for mooring lines but attach to the boat with big rubber "O"
rings. Or use it for 'jackstays' to attach safety harnesses. Or strip
and use the cover for various low load purposes. I am still using the
cover from my original kevlar halyard to tie a sailboard to the roof of
my car.
