 covered all the top lashings with anti chafe & rigging tape, and put canvas
covers over the deadeyes and lashings. 
 
            Wormed,parcelled and served, just like the old square riggers.
Well done Bill. Did you ever think of a figurehead to set off that bowsprit?

My main worry about converting to synthetic rigging is the possibility of UV
degradation.
 
What is the general concensus?
