Sorry Luiz,

The rules have changed. Back to square 1 (102 ?) for the German Team.

It does say however that notwithstanding the new rules the defenders can 
accept anyone in any type of boat ...... 

Maybe they will manage to devise something relevant, but if history is 
anything to go by I doubt it.
