i abrade both surfaces, then a mix of resin, microfibre and colloidial silica, then clamp it all togther (i don't use cleaners, rtaher abrade like mad
 
Plexis (? spelling) is an excllent alternative to an epoxy mix

What's the best/strongest way to bond 2 pieces of cured epoxy laminate?  Specifically 2 pieces of Garolite G10, a commercial glass-epoxy material.
