[MHml] automatic release system

There is a very elegant auto realse system developed and avaiavble in
France
It was detailed after the RdR on the daily sail and a number of the
ORMA60's used it in the race

Its uses a number of sensors and is individaully on board calibred by
the sailor for the conditions, and also has a remote relase that can be
worn on the person

Wish I had know of it before October!
