[MHml] Bottom paint for fresh and salt

Tom,
I had a better experience with Vivid, but the Chesapeake is not as warm 
or as salty as Florida.  The boat was in the water about 1.5 years (2 
seasons and the intervening winter).  Like you, it was pretty amazing 
the first season, and very little growth during the winter.  I did have 
to scrub it regularly the second season, and a noticeable cloud of  
white paint would  be churned into the water when I did.

Even in the second season, though, I noticed that there would be some 
growth on the hull after sitting at the dock for a while, but if I went 
daysailing and got the boat over 8-10 knots for a while, it would all 
wash away.

I'm not wild about the paint, but I do like the white color.  Are there 
other hard bottom paints that come is light colors?
