[MHml] Multihull delivery gone badly wrong

I believe most of the production charter cats, despite having a
escape hatch, do not float high enough to allow any livable space in
the hulls. There're just not enough water tight compartments as those
are seen by the marketing people as "lost space" that could have been
used to store stuff or expand the accommodations. In fact, most of
these cats barely float once capsized.
The hatches are just there to allow people to get out if they're
trapped inside.
