[MHml] Bottom paint for fresh and salt

At least in the U.S. VC Offshore is a very hard vinal bottom paint, same
as the old Baltoplate but in more colors. In fact, one of the colors
is called "Baltoplate Grey." It is popular with many of the racers here
in Annapolis, and I used it several years on my monohull. Check with
Interlux for details
It produces a great finish for racing, but too labor intensive for my
multi. Sanding the old paint off to a smooth finish was an arduous
affair, and the serious racers would sand the new paint down to a 600 to
800 grit finish and burnish the whole thing.
