[MHml] Bottom paint for fresh and salt

The VC anti fouling people have been refereing to is probrobly what used to
be called VC Offshore.
 I think it was tin based which has been phased out ( except for aluminum
boats which can have problems with copper based antifouling).(Hint)
It use dto be very popular 15 years ago.
