To race in a one-design-class has to do with the idea of   
fairness to let the best skipper/crew become  champion 
(it has nothing to do with the idea that money can  buy 
the best skipper and make a mountaineer nation  look 
like a top  sailor nation – sorry for Switzerland). 
It does not look like we can buy one of the 14 cats.   
I think you have to qualify for one of the boats to  race 
it in the name of your country, similar to the Olympic   
idea. But the rules are not established yet.
