1 HP ~= 746 kW
       = 746 newton meter / s
      ~= 168 pound meter/s
      ~= 327 pound knots

So, h horsepower at k knots delivers 327*h/k pounds of thrust.

So, 100 horsepower delivers about 1600 pounds of force at 20 kts, 
assuming 100% efficiency.  200 horsepower delivers twice as much at the 
same speed.
