[MHml] outboard in box/well

I have such a setup and it works fine. A plate that fits exactly to the 
opening seals this when sailing, weight of OB press the plate down. Plate 
operates like a drawer
+: max distance between OBs, props always in water, OB well protected, easy 
access to OBs if needed, slipstream from prop on rudder
- : a lot of work building this installation
