[MHml] horsepower & sleds

I talked to someone who tried a 40hp jet ski motor on an F27 and didn't 
get a much usable power as an 8hp outboard. It may have something to do 
with high volume pumps vs high pressure. But that's not an area I've 
spend much time reading about.
