2 props being proportionally bigger - only if you're draft limited. With outboard(s) on a sled that's not an issue.
If you give me some data I can run it through Navcad at work and see if I can predict resistance and thus HP. Offhand I don't know what the cat resistance inputs are; give me until next week and I'll find some time to get it done.
