I doubt its usefulness. As your bows dig deeper so does your drag
increase. Slowing the boat down, resulting in ... pitchpole. Bill
Roberts RC-30 for a while had his bow height increased. Went back to
original height after a while. Other factors contributed to that
decision, but the benefit was not sufficiently great. On the other
hand, Playstation apparently benefitted from that mod.

FX had high bows and had a very progressive deacclareation as she buried them - there is probably a relationship between hull length, bow height and possibly hull rocker that needs exploring before making a final decison
