[MHml] Friction in lines and blocks

We currently have an ally boom - nice and heavy :-(
Pete the wizz has done the numbers and the 'extra weight' of car and its
track (bonded not bolted) is about 500g

In carbon the boom will save more than that - so overall a positive
saving of weight. That plus a few other tweaks means we are on target to
hit the 'magic' 500kg in race trim for 2008. 

yeah I know 500g on a 500kg boat = a % weight, but I'm OK on that
because of the saftey side  
and I'll promise to loose 1/2kg of my weight :-)
