Re track and dropping it down under load

We have a 17ft long straight track 
- we will be constructing a new carbon boom that is 'overlong' and mount
a car and track on its underside so that the car will move aft as boom
drops to leeward and allow use of full length of boom. The inceased boom
length is necessary to allow the move aft along the underside track

Car will be same size as track car so load friction does not jam it
