Andrew
London boat show is comming up - spend half day going around themanufactueres stands talking to them and trying kit - then make the decsion, and go to one of the suppliers and hassle for a deal

the cost of good kit has dropped hugely in past few years

Ross

ps i'll prob be on the Gill stand at some time over the show - they are one of my sponsors, so maybe see you there

Sounds a bit like my trusted old (1989) Helly-Hansen one-piece job.
My reason for choosing H-H rather than for instance H-L is my aspect ratio.
H-L gear (back then) was simply designed for stouter people so I would
have ended up with either a tent or with too short sleeves etc.

Bottom line: Try the gear on and do a bit of a work-out mimicking
what you may do while sailing. What happens when you squat down?
What about reaching for something?
