almost all offsore kit is now  breathable - Gill for certain have only breathable gear in thier range. I think same is with H-L and Musto
 
re one piece suits - great if its really really bad, and the best IMHO is the Guy Cotten (as displayed by Alex Thompson etc etc) as a surviavl suit
 
for deck work my pref is smock with dry suit seals

Try dry suit or survival suit made of Gore Tex. Like Suunto DS series for example http://ns.suunto.com/pdf/Suunto_DS_suits_lowres.pdf . Your 200 £ may not be enough though if you want the DS9 out of gore-tex.
