[MHml] Cat Rudders Toed In?

Half a degree? You can measure that accurately?
If there is absolutely no play in the system the rudders should be
parallel. If there is play and they are set up parallel then they will
'flutter'. If set up with sufficient toe in to just take up all the play
and end up parallel then all should be well.
Anyone with absolutely no play should be able to measure to that
accuracy. Remember if you are saying half a degree off parallel then you
must be able to measure to a quarter of a degree.
If adjustment is easy then adjust them on the move.
