[MHml] Slack suckers

Longer is better w/ bungie so that you can have several feet of suckage with fairly constant loading. On Sonrisa we tied the bungie
on about 4' off the deck and ran it 15' aft to a cleat. We took it off when done sailing to avoid UV. Just took a minute to rig.

All these ideas are great for "Slack Suckers"
Since I believe Sonrisa is pretty close to Indigo in size (42' cat) -
what length seemed to work well? - I know, the longer the better, but to
try to keep the mess down, I'd like to keep it as short as I can. It
appears that I can run either forward or back basically perpendicular to
the shrouds.

I have an outer shroud that goes almost to the top, and an inner that
goes to the mast where the spreader meets, so they are at different
angles. I was thinking of putting a small block on one shroud and
running the bungee through it to the other. Or maybe I am better off
just letting it run by the one with a wrap around it to minimize
kinking.

Dyform SS wire is supposed to be especially sensitive to kink loading,
which is why they put a hinge in mine. I tied 1/2" bungee directly to
Sonrisa's 1x19 wire without a problem or a visible kink.
