[MHml] Yamaha 9.9 Problems

When you had the carb serviced I assume they ran the
engine?  If so the only thing likely different would
be the fuel on your boat?  However it doesn't sound
like a fuel issue to me.  It sounds like a stuck
choke, but I'm not familiar with the Yamaha.
