Hi Roger,

I think you're hitting the supply chain too high; each of the foam
manufacturers will have distributors--boatbuilding suppliers, epoxy
suppliers and the like. Try asking them for contact information for
their distributors, if they aren't willing to work with you for
smaller amounts of foam. This is precisely what distributors are
for--selling and supporting the "less than truckload" buyers.
