[MHml] Secret craft sails sea of speculation

You know, guys, a very weird craft that doesn't seem to have any useful 
purpose or sensible design, lots of secrecy but left out in the open at 
public docks, on the West coast apparently headed toward Southern 
California . . .

I'm thinking this is some really stupid movie prop, probably for 
something even nuttier than Waterworld, if that is possible.
