Latitude said she traveled on her own bottom. 
 
So I wonder if this is related to the rumors of Fossett deep dive record  
project? It does seem like a skycrane for subs or something. It seems like a  
boat is there now (the stern is the bow when lowered into the water?) .
 
Of course I like the idea of around the world racer too
