[MHml] Escape hatches - was Cruising catamaran found washed up on Oregon beach

Some reports are that this boat was a Voyage 440. These 
apparently have an escape hatch in the bridgedeck as do many 
of the FPs and Privelege. These seem ok for escape but 
little use for reentry after a capsize unless the boat 
floats really high when inverted. Even with escape hatches 
in the hull side between the bridgedeck and the waterline, I 
wonder how many have made provisions inside the hull to make 
the inverted cat a workable survival platform?
