[MHml] Escape hatches - was Cruising catamaran found washed up on Oregon beach

Some reports are that this boat was a Voyage 440. These
apparently have an escape hatch in the bridgedeck as do many
of the FPs and Privelege. These seem ok for escape but
little use for reentry after a capsize unless the boat
floats really high when inverted. Even with escape hatches
in the hull side between the bridgedeck and the waterline, I
wonder how many have made provisions inside the hull to make
the inverted cat a workable survival platform?
