Is the boat you are interested in call Fazizi (not sure of the correct
spelling)?  If this is the boat I know that it was briefly owned by a
member of the Lakewood Yacht Club in Seabrook Texas USA named Mike Rose. 
He donated this boat to some charity for a tax writeoff.  Later is showed
up somewhere in the Bahamas as a day charter boat.  Sorry I don't know
more specifics but maybe this will help you in your search.
