[MHml] ORCA in Ventura

Thank's for plugging ORCA, but most of the boats doing these events aren't ORCA 
member so there performance isn't part of the matrix so they don't really have 
fair ORCA ratings.

Any idea on how to fix this?  

I'm still planning to come up for the Milt Ingram. Next year we should add these 
races and maybe 2 more to the ORCA calindar so we include Ventura county.
