[MHml] Canted boards

Canted boards tests
are reporting clear advantages for fast multihulls.
Check for instance C-cat board tests and Catri
bruce foils advantages. Why this technique in not
accepted as a de-facto standard?

Tell me experts,
foils are normally located off-hulls, but boards
normally slip through hulls. But how bad are the
cavitation penalty and the "no end plate penalty"
in case of off-hulls location? Depends on aspect 
ratio, I quess?
