Windsor, Ontario.  Just next to Detroit and on the shores of Lake St Clair.

Luff is flat, I in wide, ready for anything.  Undercoat is epoxy.  For a
fractional rig (hounds at 26ft).  Mast base is a 1/2 in ss spike an
automotive thrust bearing sits on.
