[Bill Gibbs]

There was a small 2 seater ground-effects boat / plane parked in Long
Beach a couple of years ago.  It was on floats in a slip.  Very spacey
looking with a ducted pusher prop as I recall.  Looked like it'd be very
loud and not to hot in tall waves.
