[MHml] Kelsall's KSS Construction?

What are you thoughtz about the construction method? 
How tough is the vacuum bagging.  Can you step me
through the method?  Does the outside surface need to
be sanded or is it of finish quality after it comes
off the table?  Are you building with polyester or
epoxy?
