[MHml] Solar hookup question

I am getting ready to hook up my two Kyocera KC120 solar
panels.  Do I need to put a diode in each incoming line so
if one panel is shaded it won't steal the juice from the
other one?  My charge controller only has one input stud,
so there is no isolation there.

P.S.  After all the advice from this list, I went with
aluminum (6061T6 'T' bar; 33 lbs total) and will jig it up
and take it to a TIG welder to get it done right.  A couple
more evenings of fitting up and it will be ready to go.
