[MHml] Crazy dates

Ok guys,

The software this end does nothing with dates. 

The header on the message from Ross said 1997. 

The strange problem that Dave is having may be that we are
currently in the year 2001 and not 01. This may have upset even a
Macintosh (whose date handling is generally exemplary).

We are not currently thrilled with the archiving software which,
amongst other things does not handle things like the bad date
from Ross terribly well and has almost zero features. We are
looking for alternatives.
