I had that problem, too, with Netscape.  It doesn't seem to load
the PDF reader correctly.  Start up Acrobat Reader on its own and
minimize it.  Then hit reload on your browser.  With Acrobat
already running it comes up fine in the Netscape window.  Go
figure.

I'll post a revised version when I have all of Bill Gibb's
dimensions plugged in.
